Swedish Massage - One of the most commonly taught and well-known massage techniques, Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Therapists use a combination of kneading, rolling, vibrational, percussive, and tapping movements, with the application of oil, to reduce friction on the skin. The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.
Deep Tissue Massage - Massage techniques are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. The muscles must be relaxed in order to effectively perform deep-tissue massage, otherwise tight surface muscles prevent the practitioner from reaching deeper musculature. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis. It is generally integrated with other massage techniques.
Sports Massage - Designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. There are three contexts in which sports massage can be useful to an athlete: pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment.
When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.
Craniosacral Therapy --- 60 minutes $75
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, noninvasive method of evaluating and enhancing the function of a physiological body arrangement called the craniosacral system. This manual therapy enhances the body’s natural healing processes and has proven effective in treating a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Reflexology --- 30 minutes - $50 / 60 minutes $75
Sometimes referred to as zone therapy, this bodywork involves application of pressure to specific reflex areas in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body, with the goal of stimulating body organs and relieving areas of congestion.
Tandem 4 Hand Massage --- 60 minutes $140
Tandem Massage is where the two therapists work in a complementary way but are not exact mirror opposites; for example one therapist may be at the head of the table relaxing the neck while the other therapist works at the foot of the table working on reflex points on the feet.
Benefits of Tandem 4 Hand Massage:
The client receives twice as much work and healing benefits in the time allotted. Because of the extra sensory input, many clients find it easier to let go when receiving Tandem Massage. Balances both sides of the brain deeply relaxing the nervous system and creating harmony within the client’s body.
Assisted Stretching --- 30 minutes - $50 / 60 minutes $75
Assisted Stretching does more than just deepen the basic stretch. With a partner’s assistance a greater number of muscles can be more effectively stretched and trained through all their planes of movement. Widening the range of motion and deepening the initial stretch both provide for more efficient results.

Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short—10 or 15 minutes—and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. This service is done over clothes and doesn't require any massage oil.
For chair massage, you are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms. Your back and neck completely relax while the therapist relieves muscle tension using Swedish massage moves like kneading and compression and tapotement.
Chair massage is a great addition to a corporate party or any type of event. Employers bring therapists in to offer chair massage to their employees
